Mercedes-Benz S-Class (Luxury)
The S-Class is Mercedes’ flagship saloon and our top-tier chauffeur car. It has more rear legroom, a smoother ride and the presence that VIP arrivals, weddings and senior executives call for.
Chauffeur Travel for Groups
For families and business teams travelling together, our VW Sharan (XL) seats up to six passengers and our Mercedes Vito (XL-Plus) seats up to eight, each with a professional driver and space for luggage.

What to Expect from Your Chauffeur
Your booking is confirmed by email or SMS, with your chauffeur’s details sent before pickup. Your chauffeur arrives early, smartly dressed, and ready to help with bags and doors.
Routes are planned in advance around roadworks, closures and event traffic. For airport collections, your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you in arrivals with a name board.
Every car is cleaned before each booking. Smoking and drinking alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles, so every passenger steps into a fresh cabin.
Chauffeur, Minicab or Ride-Hailing App: What Is the Difference?
In London, every car hired with a driver must be licensed by Transport for London as a private hire vehicle, and so must its driver. The only exemption is for vehicles used purely for weddings or funerals. That means a legitimate chauffeur service, a minicab and an app ride all sit under the same licensing rules.
The difference lies in the vehicle, the driver and the service. A chauffeur booking gives you a premium car, a driver who is dressed and briefed for your day, and a car that waits for you rather than dropping you and leaving.
