Introduction

Welcome to Soho Cars. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or SMS.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable and will be charged the full fare.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Fare Estimates: We quote the price at the time of booking. This will only change if there are amendments made on route.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

3. Child Seats

• Child Seats: We offer child seats upon request, subject to availability. Please indicate your need for a child seat at the time of booking.

4. Waiting Time Charges

• European Flights: We offer 40 minutes of free waiting time for European flights. After the initial 40 minutes, a charge of £7.50 per 15 minutes will apply.

• International Flights: We offer 1 hour of free waiting time for international flights. After the initial hour, a charge of £7.50 per 15 minutes will apply.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Behavior: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged accordingly.

• Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

6. Liability

• Service Interruption: Soho Cars will not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and vehicle breakdowns.

• Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Soho Cars will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Complaints

• Procedure: If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and respond promptly.
