VW Passat (Estate) The Passat Estate gives you the same comfort as our Economy class with a much larger boot. It is the smart choice for long holidays, ski trips, golf bags and anyone travelling with more than one suitcase each.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class (Executive) The E-Class is our standard for business travel, run under Ranco Xpress, our dedicated executive service. Expect a quiet leather cabin, a smartly dressed driver and space to take calls or prepare for a meeting on the way in from the airport.

VW Sharan (XL) The VW Sharan is a seven-seat people carrier that gives families and small groups room to spread out. With up to six passengers it still leaves space for suitcases, pushchairs and car seats. If you are unsure whether a saloon is big enough, the Sharan removes the guesswork.
Mercedes Vito (XL-Plus) The Mercedes Vito is our largest vehicle, carrying up to eight passengers and their luggage in one booking. It usually costs less per head than booking two separate cars, and it keeps your whole group together from door to terminal.

The Vito carries up to eight passengers with space for their luggage. For a long-haul trip with one large case each, tell us your luggage count when booking and we will confirm everything fits.
8-Seater or 9-Seater? What the Licence Allows
You will often see “9-seater minibus taxi” advertised in London. Under TfL rules, a licensed private hire vehicle can carry a maximum of eight passengers. A 9-seater is therefore eight passenger seats plus the driver, which is exactly what our Vito provides.
Any operator offering nine or more passengers in a single minicab is not describing a licensed private hire vehicle. Booking a correctly licensed vehicle protects your group’s safety and insurance cover.
Groups Larger Than Eight?
For groups of nine or more, we send two or more vehicles and coordinate them so everyone arrives at the terminal together. We can mix classes too. A popular combination is a Vito for passengers with a Passat Estate carrying the extra luggage.

London’s public transport links to the airports are good, and we will be honest about when they make sense. The Elizabeth line and the Heathrow Express serve Heathrow.
